Nessuna prova del coinvolgimento di Musulmani nell'(auto) attentato dell’11 settembre

IERI E’ STATO CHIESTO AI VETERANI DI PUBBLICARE LA SEGUENTE DICHIARAZIONE:

A. Sulla base dello studio “No evidence that Muslims hijacked planes on 9/11″ di Elias Davidsson (2008), che abbiamo esaminato con cura, e di altri studi analoghi, noi sottoscritti siamo ora convinti che le autorità statunitensi NON HANNO DIMOSTRATO [al di là di ogni ragionevole dubbio ]che la loro versione sull’11 settembre sia vera in particolare il punto in cui si accusano gli arabi/musulmani.

Se viene a mancare l’antagonista creato apposta, viene a decadere anche il tanto temuto Bin Laden, che dalle sue caverne è riuscito ad organizzare un attentato del genere e soprattutto a farla franca per quasi 10 anni (adesso è sciallo in Pakistan dicono…mah)!

B. La presunzione di innocenza, come principio civile, è sancito dall’articolo 11 (1) della Dichiarazione universale dei diritti dell’uomo, secondo il quale, ogni persona “accusata di un reato ha il diritto di essere reputata innocente fino a prova contraria secondo la legge (…) “Questa presunzione di innocenza è stata applicata in modo da proteggere coloro già formalmente accusati di reato, mentre evidentemente le persone a cui è stata applicata non hanno commesso alcun reato.

C. Sulla base di quanto precede, consideriamo la pubblicazione e la diffusione delle accuse che i musulmani abbiano commesso l’attentato dell’ 11 settembre, come una forma grave e ingiustificabile di assassinio alla reputazione di questi popoli. Una tale affermazione viola il principio della presunzione di innocenza. Essa viola anche gli articoli 1, 3, 5 e 8 della Declaration of Principles on the Conduct of Journalists of the International Federation of Journalists, il Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists, la Statement of Principles of the American Society of Newspaper Editors (ASNE),Resolution 1003 on the ethics of journalism, adottata dal Consiglio Europeo nel 1993.

Si invitano quindi i giornalisti ad astenersi d’ora in poi nell’attribuire, direttamente o indirettamente,la colpa dell’attentato dell’11 settembre ai musulmani o a qualsiasi organizzazione araba; di rendere noto il fatto che gli Stati Uniti abbiano tenuto nascosto il fatto di non aver prodotto alcuna prova che accusasse organizzazioni mussulmane; e di pubblicare le scuse per le famiglie diffamate, senza fondamento, per l’omicidio di massa dell’11 settembre.
